@Bizbloke From the look of things and the way your delivery team are handling this issue I think th sweat-shirt is missing,..you people kept turning me around for the past 3days.

If it was a mistake then 24hrs was enough time to sort it

If the shirt is not missing I see no reason why they will deliberately send me another shirt entirely..and 3days is enough time to sort this yet nothing, from one story to another

[color=#000033]As replied on WhatsApp (and to avoid duplicity), your sweatshirt isn't lost and contrary to your assumption, you weren't deliberately sent another sweatshirt. That was a mistake which was owned up to.

1) You logged your complaint at 7:20pm, 26th January.

2) We don't work night shifts yet so, reverse tracking and item resolution, including dispatch arrangement between the Delivery Team and Procurement Team was done on the 27th January.

3) Your sweatshirt was picked up by the dispatch rider on the 28th noontime.

4) He'll dispatch to your location tomorrow morning. Unfailingly, Sunday morning.
