It depends on the salary structure of the bank it self. Some earn as high as #500,000 while some earn as low as #170,000. It depends on how rich the said bank is and the structure in place for grades.

i doubt it if any microfinance bank will be willing to pay up to 170k for this position.

Mr man it only depends if the microfinance is international or indigneous,I know of an MFB in Ibadan whose HRmanager earns 430,000 monthly.
