I understand PDP has zoned it's chairmanship to the North East and that is fine by me.

But PDP should encourage grass root involvement by encouraging all North East candidates to come forward with their plans for the party. They should campaign and sell their ideas to party stake holders and delegates ahead of the next party convention. At the convention there should be a vote unfailingly and at the event the chairman should be elected

All prospective chairman candidates should address the convention on the day about their plans

PDP need to depart from its old ways and stop looking for a consensus candiate from the North East

What are your thoughts guys?

If North East have no candidates keen on the post then re-zone it to another zone or make it free for all
