He isnt a parish priest or assitant in his new church he is a priest in residence. that means he is a priest residing in dat parish. if he can get his adoration ground a parish house then he can ask his bishop to let him reside there.

residing means to live at a place. So he should be living in the new parish unless if now has a hidden motive

That is d work of d parish priest. it seems u know little abt d catholic church. u work where u have influence. adoration ministries is mbaka's area of influence. he had d discretion to build where he wishes.
