For the first 2 choices. You have to pick North.. That's was what are up for me. I had to pick kwara and kano. The 3rd and forth I had to pick ekiti and delta.. There's no edo or enough or oyo and others on the list.. Just ekiti and lag.. It's a shoker

NO. you can choose to pay on the last day even only if you want to print your CALL UP LETTER ONLINE LATER ON A DATE YET TO BE FIXED BY NYSC.

However, if you don't pay at all, you can't print out your GREEN CARD. So you will leave for home to await when you would go get your CALL UP LETTER IN SCHOOL AFTERWARDS.

But since changing from 3 choices to 4 now has been noticed, Nysc might also make the GREEN CARD AVAILABLE FOR THOSE WHO DIDN'T PAY FOR ONLINE PRINTING THIS TIME AROUND
