You can't actually print the GREEN CARD without paying the #3,000 for online printing of call Up letter if you don't want to collect from your school.

And you don't have to pay separately for the Green card. It's automatically made available for printing out once you pay

However, your refusal to pay means that you can't print the Green card and thus you can't print out your CALL UP LETTER ONLINE WHEN THE TIME COMES BUT TO GO GET IT IN YOUR SCHOOL

yes bt it depends. Unlike me,dey gv me an option of selecting 4 states,bt similarly,a frnd of mine was given an option of selecting 2 states. So it depends
