I will not consider Terrace Houses.

It must be before the 2nd Toll Gate (from Lekki Phase 1 to Chevron).

Budget is N30 Million.

That your budget will be really difficult to meet although not impossible. You will have to do a lot of leg work.

yu wont get even at 45m at this location perhaps 55 - 60m is a good budget !
