Well, she actually successfully registered with B15 and went straight to camp, only to be denied service with B15 on the ground that her FINGER PRINT WASN'T PROPERLY CAPTURED. Can you believe that? Thus she had to start everything all over again.

Like all I've gathered... The DOB has been most challenges and it seems to be their fault... Somehow, they might make out a way to correct it, either during verification on Camp...


I noticed jst one thing... The selection of states u're familiar with determines one's state of deployment....

I guy ticked about 8 states between south-south and south-east and got many northern states.

I mentioned you earlier.... Seems you purposely ignored me. But never mind....

In my registration, my date of birth as indicated in the portal is different. There is no provision to change it. PLEASE I NEED SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO DO.

Secondly, out of the four choices I need to make for state of deployment, I do not only have just the first to make but all the options are Northern States which are outside my area of interest.

Its been this way ever since I did it.

Please house, I need your timely responses as CROBBOY is just confused on my next course of action.

If your DOB is incorrect but below 30 years of age relative to the Date of graduation indicated when you sighted your name last week,

Then you either leave it that way and correct it in camp or

You get a WAEC SCRATCH CARD FROM FIRST BANK @ #300 only, though it might be a randomly generated pin number instead of a scratchable silver-sealed pin.

And the link to effect the change may not necessarily be available on your mail account link.

The reason for the missing link could also be that it's because the age of the DOB presented to you is not over 30 yrs, hence expecting you to go correct it in camp.




About your 4 states of choice, I doubt if all 4 states would be North because though I haven't registered myself but from the link I saw being uploaded here today, it's like when you click on the 1st choice set and you pick, you are expected to click on the 2nd set and pick again. Then same step is expected for the 3rd and 4th choices too.

Except if the above scenerio later changes then

For those having issues with picking states, I think you should check your browser. I hv been using uc browser and Firefox since morning and it didn't work. Just used my normal tab browser and it opened and I have registered successfully. FCT, Enugu, Kaduna, Akwaibom. Those waiting to register later should pls rethink because I think NYSC purposely put an extra choice to accommodate the north. Hence one must choose two northern states. You should know that other states are also available after you have chosen two northern states. Therefore, if u are a person who has good southern states in mind, they may no longer be available later on because others who are registering now have the option of choosing them too. Its all a big gamble.

Once u choose d state, u can't view the chosen state or make amends to it. So I'd advice you to choose carefully and accurately

Thank you sir for your suggestion. I just followed your guide asking me to select the first state for the first choice which indeed brought out the second choice. But unffortunately, the second choice was still filled with Core Northern state as well.

This whole thing is really getting me sick!
