Gosgra is a scam. A friend made outright payment for this your miserable Ikorodu estate since April but he has not received allocation up till now! Can you explain why this is so?

cashogy, when your friend bought the land, gosgra estate just started selling not upto to 1yr before he bought, if you understand how estates run, when the market is open for sale, some reasonable amount of money would have to be mopped up to enable development on site. There is no how your friend would buy today and be allocated inside an undeveloped estate, an moreso allocation is based on your readiness to either build or resale. Did you confirm from your if he has receved a text stating that the estate is ready for allocation?well if not the estate is due for allocation now, so he should come for his allocation. I would also advice you mind the kind of words you put up on social media.
