When will Nigeria police be capable to combat crime and carry out investigation wit making. Mistakes, this incident happened in my area. Before the police got there the hoodlums has already taking to there hills, they just arrested innocent people that brought fishes from fishingport for the said lady to buy. They just saw them and arrested them without adequate investigation is it fare!
