erico2k2:You mean your wailing on nairaland had something to do with this National Assembly doing a good job on the budget? Did the wailing of the opposition and even civil society stop the pdp led National Assembly from passing bogus and unrealistic budget in the past? This National Assembly is doing a great job by thoroughly scrutinizing the budget (unlike in the past), give them credit for that at least. |

HowAreYou:PMB is taking things too slowly for my liking hence the consequence of his inaction has caused APC and all supporters avoidable embarrassment. Tell, me what stops him from changing all the head of parastatals, departments, and agencies who have been soaked in corruption and has accepted corruption as their way of life even if we have angel as the president |

SweetSoup:Of you think out of the Box yo5y will realize I gave them credit or make I give them debit .if you check we are now having shadow ministers. These are the people probing and scrutinizing not the serving ones.we never had this during the PDP era cos APC where too busy looking at thier own selfish interest and aligning with the thieves in PDP to kill the nation therefore turning a blind eye. |

Ausbongean:Yes, you are right, the zombies will avoid the thread like plague, though many of them are still in a state of shock at the kind of change they got, some with conscience are inwardly appologizing to GEJ & his economic team but the sycophants under the payroll of Liar Mohamed & influence of Aisha's rice will still come to shamelessly defend their tin-god & justify their pay. |

erico2k2:The same heavily corrupt PDP govt that has been passing very corrupt crazy budget in the past now forming shadow cabinet ba? Nigeria polithiefcians (PDP/APC) are corrupt and don't have the masses interest at heart. Pres. Buhari made a huge mistake in appointing polithiefcians rather than technocrats as ministers, he should sack them asap. Come to think of it, which ministry has been discovered to have inflated it's budget allocation? The minister should be called out. |

fm7070:You are hearing about all this because this National Assembly is doing a good job or maybe because ministers can no longer bribe senators and house of reps members to get their corrupt crazy budget allocation approved like it was done in the past. Much Credit to President Buhari war on corruption.... |

joeprince23:What actually worries me is when pple think they kwn everything why in actual sense they kwn nothing ( a complete Illiterate). There has always been irregularities in budget because almost everybody in this Country is shortsighted and want to make their own share of the Nation Cake( no one is a saint). Rather than complaining, learn to listen, watch and read b4 u speak. The 2016 budget is a kind of budget where all ur items must be specified in detail. If you are buying a Pencil u must specified the number, price, why u need to buy, when you are going to buy it, most importantly why do you think the government should give you money to buy. ( so if they sell a pencil 5 Naira no way you will say you buy @ 10 naira) therefore there is full detail for the house to ask for. I heard one member of the house saying this is the first time they are having this details.(NTAi Network news feb,9). However, you can easily Google What ZBB, the new Budgeting system means (Zero-based-budget for more clarification). ZBB as an improvement on the old incremental budget will: i. Analyze every function within an organization for its needs and costs; ii. Often builds budgets around what is needed for the upcoming year regardless of whether the budget is higher or lower than the previous one; iii. Discourage inflating budget figures; iv. Help develop a questioning attitude that contributes to reduction of inefficiencies and wastage. Therefore I think this government has created an enabling environment for all this irregularities to be exposed. Pls let accuse and criticize constructively and like an educated fellow. I don't vote for APC and I support all form of criticism so for it is constructive and will make Nigeria a Better place. Thank you. |

The rest 159.990,000 other Nigerians can starve to death for all they care yet the starving zombies keeps goarding them on!! Chai people perish for lack of knowledge just like the zombies. |

Buhari is a Dullard we all know but exploiting his dullness by smuggling figures into the budget because Udo Udoma knew the man won't be able to read calls for thorough investigation and subsequently arrest the people involved |
