This is my first time posting something on nairaland.I would like to know if anyone has info on the following:

1. Is anyone working or knows someone working at H. Pierson Associate in Lekki? How is the work environment?Is it staff friendly?

2. I got an offer there and would like to know what the salary range is for someone with four years experience as an account /social media manager.

3.They plan to put me on associate 1 level. Is that what is due for my years of experience?

For someone with four years experience in Social Media Management, you should be aiming for nothing less than 180k (net salary) per month. Unless, of course, you have little exposure to Social Media listening, monitoring and management tools as well as recognised certifications.

@donigspain thank you for replying. I have vast exposure in Social Media listening, monitoring and management tools and i'm about to be certified. What they intend paying me is a little lower than that lol but i just want to get more info on the company before leaving my current place of work. Any idea about the company or functioning sites to get review on naija companies?

No idea at the moment. You can accept the offer since the job offers other income sources from media campaign planning, PR and influencer services, offline advertising markups.

You could be taking home 60 - 70 percent more of your salary per month from these streams. I love the entrepreneurial part of the job. More reason, I am in the business.
