how long should it take before it reflects.

It shouldn't take up to 1 minute.

After inputing the OTP code. And your money deducted. The money should be reflected automatically.

But if after 3 hours, the status has remain unchanged.

It seems they want to bring about another shocker to show us that they are really in charge but changing the deployed state is what I believe is beyond them.
