But the govt is giving the room for the corruption na. Govt don't work on proper plat form to monitor it's citizens so it's dem fault not the citizens. If developed countries don't have good data base they can't be earning all what aged and children are earning monthly.

All these runs are done by the heads of human resources of the ministries. They take data's and issues assumption letter and employment letter which the employee creates plat form for collection of salary. So how can an ordinary worker submit double acct without the HR knowing about it?

There are two leaders-One is learned and has great ideas but too ambitious,weak and selfish.Ambition would not make him to implement all d brilliant ideas he stomach bcs he does not want to offend cabals and would definitely relinquish power to them so far his ambition would be intact.The other leader is a dullard with no idea of whatsoever but a strong leader,fearless,bold and has d charisma to implement someone else's good ideas if well guided.He belongs to nobody and belongs to everybody.My pple,if u prefer d first leader hit share and if u prefer d second leader,hit likes for him.

Yes however it's these same thieves that you see everyday shouting govt is corrupt. This is the reason we need constant electricity cos that will ensure proper data base and accountability.

When we finished getting the money from the looters hopefully it will be enough to meet the budget of the yams for this year. Then next three years we will start to spend the loans. Then back to square 1. Worse than the Daura man's first missionary journey. It is well.

We can now see that it is not only those who uses guns are armed robbers. We also have those who uses pen as well.

If we are opportune to see this people who have committed dis fraudulent act.. we will discover that majority of them fellowship in our churches and mosque everyday.

Some may even be title holders in this religious places and yet they see how people are suffering and they will pretend as if nothing is going on and keep doing what they are doing. They we also partake in saying d government is corrupt but deep down in their heart they know they're the one's causing hardship to the masses.

After collecting dis money, this same set of people we come out to give testimonies of how God have blessed them, pay tithe and send thier wards to the best schools. The will also use this same stolen money to oppress the poor people around them.

This government should do more by exposing these people, we want to see faces of these criminals. We want to know those that are keeping us in the dark. This people live among us and they are not ghost. They should be accord the same treatment like those who carry arms to steal.
