The draconian anti-same sex marriage law will, sooner or later, be repealed. I don't see how the National Assembly would cope with massive international pressure on them to repeal parts of, or the entire law.

The federal courts may likely rule that the law is unconstitutional since it criminalizes an aspect of freedom of association.
