He is neither a manager nor a leader. He might be incorruptible, my reasons are below; 1. To hire people that will work for him (Ministers), was a problem. 2. To prepare a credible budget is a problem. 3. If truly the budget mess-up is the fault of Civil Servant, can't he sack anyone involved? Buhari is a huge failure. 2 Likes |

A leader accept responsibility but since inception of this administration we havent seen such happening than buck passing at every available opportunity. 2016 padded budget is a classic example of fraud, incompetence and irresponsibility. 1 Like |
