As'salam Alaekum warahmotullai wabarakhatuh, bt if we re to luk critically @ d issue of valentine; Is it worth celebrating for muslimz? As we all know, any celebration dat does nt have d backing of the Quran and Hadith celebrated by muslims is Bidah (innovation). The only recognized festivals are the: Eid-el-Kabir (feast to mark d end of Ramadan) and .Eid-el-Adha (emulatung Prophet Ibrahim) Abd the two feast have backinngs by either of the Quran and Hadith. Muslims shd say NO to wordly celebration (e.g Valentine) |
