As an MD, I can only warn that steroid use without your doctors prescription is putting your health at serious risk.
The only time I prescribed Dexamethasone was for a friend who had just recovered from a wasting disease (TB). Before you can prescribe 'dexacortin' you must have ruled out disease like Hiv and other allergies or else you get disastrous results.

decrease in the amount of urine

fast, slow, pounding, or irregular heartbeat or

I stopped using the drugs and I realized i developed rashes and Itching in my private and tighs. I scratch my body all night I also realized I have a sore throat. And since dexCortin is a drug That helps in inflammation, does it also cause heat?

thanks bro. Just googled scabies and saw all the symptoms. Yeah i got all of it. I saw up there that if your immune system is not strong enough, the itch mite can over power it and cause a more crusted itchin.
Now my questions are, does dexacoten weaken the immune system and hence can assist the scabies to be severe.?
Also if i am to go to a hospital, which doctor should i look out for? A dermatologist?

Go to a dermatologist or STI clinic. Steroids can suppress your immunity.

thanks but I don't engage in sex cos am a child of God walking perfectly under His Laws. So scabies might come through contact with an infected person thru shaking of hands or hugging but for STD. Biko Mgbanu

Usually scabies is contracted thru sharing of beddings, underwear, or your mattress might be infested with mites. After treatment, fumigate your bed, and discard old beddings. Don't knock boots with anyone with scabies. You'll be fine.

Stay away from steroids in future.
