This is hard one. I guess it can be figured out. We gonna have to work on terminology here to arrive at the meaning. I can be wrong as well.

Muhyideen is also the nickname given to Imam Zakariyyah an-Nawaawiyy the compiler of those forty two narrations.

Though the imam detested the name because it connoted a lot of praise which he felt he didn't deserve.

Muhyi means the one that gives lives to something. Deen means Religion but in this case it is definite i.e the religion which will refer to no other religion but Islam.
