Corruption did not start from GEJ's administration,rather it has been the bane of this country since its inception. Cleaning the country of corruption would entail locking half the population in jail/correctional facility & hope that it would serve as a deterant to the remaning half,as-well-as ensure their comformity. Someone should tell the priest that if that day ever comes,his kind would be residents of such a facility in their thousands/millions because our kind of corruption is not limited to the government alone,but can also be found in almost every walk of life.
