It's too annoying how all these network providers in Nigeria misbehave unabated. If MTN should continue this way, am afraid I may gladly find a better zone for myself. To cut the story short, for the past 7months, the end time MTN have been trying to force me to subscribe to callertune which usually display in front of my phone screen as if a special call was coming. I have been rejecting this useless offer for subscription which I have maintained high level of smartness by always deleting their request on arrival. One thing with me is that callertune is one major thing I hate most about this useless network providers and have done everything possible to jettison their offer.. Yesterday night the balance on my phone for sending SMS was a hundred naira which I wanted to use today, but to my greatest surprise, I mistakenly pressed the GREEN button and my whole hundred naira was deducted instead of usual fifty naira. Many people may say the money is small but if MTN can succeed in forcefully duping me such amount as an unemployed graduate, what can you say about many victims of this kind especially uneducated market men and women. Thousands of people have continued to face similar challenges but have nothing to do to recover their stolen balance. Imagine waking up last week and seeing my 200 naira balance empty without having any active subscription or interest in any services. Do you know that MTN make more than one million naira from deducting one naira from each customer? NCC should do something to regulate all these End time self ambitious MTN and prevent them from making us pay for their penalties. CC: lalasticlala |

ify2016:I had similar thing. My was that they deducted N50 for business tips that I didn't opt for. I called them and was told that there's nothing I can do that someone subscribe me to business tips. Called NCC, was told that nothing can be done |
