Italian leathers are not made for nigerian weather. Once an Italian shoe is exposed to heat, it starts to shrink until it breaks

On the other hand, aba can last in nigerian weather but the finishing is not perfection but it's improving

Same thing goes to Aba tailoring: they know th body structure of an average nigerian wch is why their clothes fit more perfectly unlike the China clothes most nigerians wear that are freakishly small n tight

Every other country you worship passed through the same phase you're complaining about. But, they accepted it with patriotism.

Again, if you want the Aba shoe makers to improve, all you have to do is keep buying from them. Unfortunately, there's no other way it could be done. If you keep patronizing them, eventually, over many years they'll produce durable shoes. Also note that those shoes are of different quality. You may just have purchased the lowest quality cause many people have used theirs for over 1 year and not complaining.

Chinese leather is vegetable equivalent I laugh when people call it locally made when its 70% imported.
