am not suprised...Nigerians are heartless people,though corrupt people are in every country but we Nigerians don't practice cofuption with any sense of patriotism....sometimes I imagine had it been we are like this in the 60s, we woudnt have won the civil war..not with this artitude.

A friend in Lagos was looking for NGOs or other government bodies that probably collect re-usable items to IDPs. Good people should not be discouraged about the monstrous nature of few Nigerians.

This is same thing happened in Biafra. Food aids were delivered but Biafran administrators sat on it and looked on as children starved to death.

There is great opportunity here for Biafra to use its experience and recovery as voice of wisdom against abuse in IDP camps. Doing so will increase your credibility and win hearts.

I located a representative of the IRC in Adamawa. They stopped working with partners from Lagos when they discovered most were scam agencies collecting donations on their behalf only to randomly dispose of it.
I currently send to Abuja where their partners ship to Adamawa from where it's distributed to other IDP camps in the NE.
