I am too,but reduce to 3 times from there to once!but now I take nutri c and lots of water,mine was so high that if I eat and I don't take coke I won't be alright.

all these guys ain't loyal, bros no mind them. Just buy bitter leaf keep 4 house or put some 4 pocket if u want commot, wash the water put inside rubber. If u want drink soft drink, mixe them together then shake am, shake am shake am before u drink. God punish that sugar, if e enter ur belle e no work again. You can drink any deadly thing and it won't harm you, that's what I believe, apart from soft drinks what of other numerous sugar we consume daily that you don't even know?
I won't suffer from diabetes and so on even if I drink coke everyday, period.

while i was in school,coke was my bestest friend,due to the kind of special heat in my school area.
as soon as I take coke,the sweating stops.
after school left coke for mountain dew and now its pepsi fever.Its getting too too much..

Go 'cold turkey.' I mean just stop taking soft drinks. I know it may seem easier than said, but it's possible. I decided to cut out soft drinks starting from January 1 this year, and I haven't looked back since despite lots of temptations. I actually now enjoy taking just water. Give it a try.
