Bruce is a Senator whose job is to raise bills and sponsor bills that eventually become law.

Since Ben Murray Bruce has been in the Senate, he has tweeted, facebooked, instagramed, criticized on T.V, radio a all except do the one thing that can actually make a difference and which just so happens to be his job; RAISE A FHUCKING BILL.


Maybe if he had sponsored or raised a Healthcare reform bill instead of tweeting, maybe if he sponsors of raises a local industries bill instead of telling us about how he bought two bulletproof Nigerian assembled China cars, e.t.c..

Apparently Senator Bruce is the only senator people talk about, because he stays in touch with the people. He isn't doing anything wrong.

the common oxygen cylinders in Nigeria don't use electricity, hence no need for UPS and thus making their claims false ..

the woman was probably brought to the hospital critically ill (we see lots of cases here, people who self-medicate until its too late, instead of seeing a doctor asap)

the hospital should sue the blog and the patient's relatives for damages.

and pls, before you ignorantly blame doctors, do a quick google search, google is our friend

Only critically ill patients are placed on oxygen and anything can happen anytime wt such patients.
2ndly,wahala don gas now,everybody is rushing to blame d doctor forgetting there is division of labour in every hosp and it's probably not d doc's duty to monitor oxygen use by d patient but is d work of the nurses who u all join to antagonise doctors.
Finally,given d resources,renumeration and equipment made available to d Nigerian doctor, they are practically miracle workers,U ppl shld ask Urselves y d Nigerian doctor seems to thrive and flourish once he travels to Europe, America etc to practice.

We have mainly 2 types of oxygen concentrators:
1. The portable oxygen concentrator which uses electricity,the merit of this type is that is cheap and affordable @ first but the cost of maintainance is expensive because of high electricity bill and this type does not give 100% oxygen. Its mostly used especially for paediatrics patients.

2.Manual Gas cylinders or gas tanks: this typ is like d one used by welders.. The only difference is dat it contains medical oxygen.. The initial cost of obtaining it is expensive but its maintainance is cheep.. It gives u 90% oxygen..

So yes we have electrically controlled oxygen storage equipments. She is right.. Lemme kno if u need pictures.

Some will not take time to find out what actually happened, most of this Yeye relatives and friends will go out publishing wrong information simply because the doctors or nurses refused to disclose the cause of death to them(amebos), the doctors are professionals. I remember a lady that died last year due to a ruptured ectopic pregnancy, because the friend wasn't told what happened, she spread false information that it was an abortion to the church members. What was the primary illness? Cos oxygen dependence is not a disease state.
In What state was the woman brought to the hospital? Conscious?
For how long was she on admission? What was she being treated for?

Before we throw knives at these doctors, let us know the history.
Let's get facts right.
Hospitals will soon start to sue people for bringing lies to the media about them when they swore confidentiality in return.
Can you imagine what you'll see in the media if hospitals went about publishing the irresponsible acts of patients and their relatives.
