I dont really think nysc will bother reshuffling anythin... its just our nysc state of deployment we saw earlier than we are suppose to and not someones secret password or some sensitive information.. the nmber of people that actually saw their state of deployment is not even enough to warrant any changes... Fact is same thing happen in b15 in which my brother was posted to abuja and the abuja never changed even when it was released officially..

The computer antomatically select a state for you immediately you register. That was what has been happening and dah was what happened when we saw the leaked CUL.
However, editing is done after the system has picked a state randomly. It takes a microsecond to clear the state picked and then select a new one(for those who used Runs). So some who had taken the back doors will see a state different from that on the leaked CUL because a modification was done for them.

Look I was an active member then but had to withdrew from commenting because I wasn't mobilised but rather remained an active reader that kept digesting most of their experiences then.
