this thing happened in my area, I don t think the court needs to hear this case, she is also a solicitor, she already knows the penalty for the first attempt at her husband and the final attempt, wasting time, fuel to and fro the court, she needs to be forcefully and immediately re-united with her late husband whom she slaughtered

I think you should read the story of what happened.... she had always bullied and hit her husband and he never retaliated... she stabbed him to stop him from traveling for a business trip from where he was to go see his child gotten put of wedlock. his only mistake was trying to take permission from his wife.

Lawyers could use self defence, error of omission or commission as terms necessary to defend their clients and win the case.
