They should establish mobile court for bullion van drivers and police escorts that drive recklessly and cause accidents daily

Yes good!! the way drivers commit traffic offense in Lagos is absurd....break law and go to court straight your lawyer is waiting for you seff....we need discipline.

I admire the mentality behind this scheme, however, we do not have the infrastructure to ensure compliance. E.G; what database it dedicated to keeping track of proceedings, penalties and sentences? Nigeria! Always trying to reach 3 before 2.
