The mouse pad and the company drive aren't working but I have an external mouse and External CD-ROM to replace them. Those are the only issues. I've had this laptop since 2011, finding the receipt is impossible. I'm selling it because I just got an HP Envy M6 8gb RAM, 750gb Hard disk, 2.60ghz etc so trust me when I say I don't need it at all, that's why it's just 17k
