I support Ben Murray-Bruce for President (of Nigeria).

Senator Ben is 1,000,000,000,000,000 times better than the incumbent discombobulated lunkhead.

I'm talking about Dictator Mumuhammadu Buhari in case you want to know.

The dictator promised to equal the Naira value to dollar, but see what we are getting today: a totally downward reverse.

Not just that, the numskulled and vacuous Buhari has obliterated Nigeria in all ramifications.

Funny enough, I got to know about ben Bruce during the time of fuel subsidy. That guy championed it like his life depends on naija survival, he really dealt with GEJ and okonjo iweala

When dey even wanted to remove d subsidy completely, he was the one that campaigned for nigerians to ask dem what they actually did with the one partially removed. And dat was when dey gave birth to sure-P.

Many nigerians don't actually know what removal of fuel subsidy is, if not for ben Bruce and d town hall meeting, where okonjo called Bruce her enemy because he really dealt with her as she had nothing to explain again and den resort to begging nigerians to give her a try in d removal.

So, if u really don't know what to say when in such conversation where people contribute their opinions, please just shut d 4ck up.

The twitter senator and his supporting chorus never cease to amaze me, they try to sound intelligent but always end up sounding stupid. That we need to buy made in Nigeria and reduce consumption of imported products to help strengthen the naira and thus the economy is not rocket science. A an ss3 economic student should know that. The question is how. How do you make made in Nigeria products competitive and attractive? How can you make made in Nigeria products compete in terms of quality and price with those made in China, Malaysia or even Ghana? To "made in Nigeria" you would rely on imported machinery, imported raw materials, imported fuel apart from multiple taxation both formal and informal from local, states and federal government.

Nigeria needs a make in Nigeria campaign instead of made in Nigeria. Made in Nigeria is simply importing parts of a product and assembling it and then labeling it " made in Nigeria". It Is usually more expensive than outrightly imported products. Ben Bruce did not tell us the cost of his innoson car as compared to a similar car ( in terms of quality) imported from Korea or Japan. He Might have bought it as a publicity stunt instead of practical purposes.

Make in Nigeria is a wholesome policy of making products from local materials and local machinery with local, transferred or stolen technology. It relies on very few imported materials. India is currently succeeding with a make in India policy. Ben Bruce should advise Buhari to initiate and implement a make in Nigeria policy Before he can start promoting a buy Nigeria campaign.

If you insult a Yoruba man you get backlash , hatred and propaganda from the Yoruba nation (owners of Nigerian media).

It doesn't matter if you are talking sense or not he attacked Fashola and Twitter(All the femi's, omostade's and Akintola's) finished him they even wrote articles saying that BECAUSE HE DIDN'T CRITICIZE THE PREVIOUS GOVT HE SHOULD KEEP SHUT IN FUTURE EVEN IF NAIRA BECOMES N1000

IF SOMEONE CAN STAY IN A POLITICAL PARTY FOR 15 YEARS AND SUDDENLY REALIZE THAT THEY ARE BAD , THEN DEFECTS AND PREACH CHANGE AND YOU BELIEVE HIM.

then

ANOTHER PERSON CAN DECIDE TO BEGIN TO SPEAK OUT BECAUSE HE HAS REALIZED THAT STAYING QUIET DOES NO GOOD.

LASTLY HE IS NOT TWITTER SENATOR PLEASE TRY TO WATCH PLENARY SESSIONS MORE NOT SOCIAL MEDIA TRIBALISTIC PROPAGANDA

Anyway he (Ben Murray Bruce)is making sense so don't let tribalism block your brain.

If you are not given an opportunity ,how will you get experience? And the politicians are bringing their children and trying to create dynasties.let the old people go first.
That's why I opined that the youths must prove their worth. And by proving, I mean they must fight their way through doggedly to merit the seats otherwise like you rightly pointed out, these elders would never give way.
The fighting should be about ideologies. The youths should spill the cards and show them what they got. People keep saying "allow the youths" but if you ask an average youth today about what he/she thinks could be the solution to any of our problems, don't be shocked when he/she sounds confused also because the act of positive thinking has never been in his/her head.
So once again, I say let the youths put up the fights. Also, the elderly cannot be overly ignored.

[b]....there are very many commentary on depreciation of ₦ nowadays expecially in parallel market, although parallel or black market can be manipulated by the traders, they either do it on their self interest, so those who doesn't beleive in the prosperity of nigeria can harbour $ as they can on imported goods hereby cause hike!
But in my own point of view the depreciation of ₦ is a great success to this nation if well manage to nigeria situation today. the looted fund is in $ and it must be refunded back in $, so if $1 is ₦198 when the money is looted, then if the money is refund today at $1 to ₦350 the nation has gained ₦152!
imagine if $1=₦1000, the gain is ₦902!
So in conclusion if the government managed to refund the $trillion looted and the refunded money, change it in parallel market, this will reduce the pressure on ₦ and the scarcity of $ in parallel market so the ₦=$.

(take note all the money took out of CBN during jonathan regime were changed in parallel market before ditributed)

Nigeria can only be great if our president buys an Innosson or Nissan assembled here instead of the BMW
Buhari is just too partisan, untruthful and cowardly

If Buhari begins to inspire this #BuyNaija thingy, makes a policy for it that all government parastatals must buy Innoson who is presently doing 80% locally sourced production it will spark a fever of real economic change

But Innoson is not from the North, he is 5 percent as though he were not really Nigerian
