signature, put the date u printed the paper.

Lolz...av neva been to nysc camping b4..dis tu will b ma first jst like u....but frm info dat av gathered, d O'level result u used to enter university ofcos will be needed, it is part of ur documents. But according to d requirements posted online by NYSC O'level result is not inclusive....but common sense should tell me, i should come with it...with 10 extra copies as others.
