Helo Philomental,I've read it but my question is that what happens to newly admitted student that have not goten school ID? As for me we are beginning 1st semester in April...am kinda sceptic about this,I'll be very glad if I get a reasonable response. Gracias in anticipation.

I didn't go thru the 'stuff", tho, but from expereience, what matters most is your MATRIC NUMBER/ ADMISSION NUMBER - depending on what name your school give it.
If your first semester starts April, then you MAY try, who knows, it may work.
