JOB DUTIES:

• Develop and Maintain a multi user website for an international company.
• Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, Codeigniter framework, Bootstrap and API's.
> Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
• Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.
• Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc ..) is a plus to be successful in this position.
• Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to Web applications.

There are some programming and technology books that takes 2years for one to read and understand and use in real life projects. Books like 'wrox professional asp.net'. Note the world professional which means you must have completed some other books or training before you can read and understand.

Someone that will design a good e-commerce website most be an experienced web programmer and experience as something to do with time. Except op needs a template installer.

A junior bricklayer may build a single shop, but shopping plazas are built by senior bricklayers.

And his company doesn't even have a website. It is very easy to spot companies or ceos that are not tech friendly.
