The Sun Awards was held on the 20th of February, 2016 at Eko Hotel and Suites, and had the creme de la creme from the political and entertainment walks in attendance. While the event was on, the Vice President of the Federation, Prof. Yemi Osinbanjo, threw jabs at Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu who won the Man of the Year Award, saying he is troublesome.
