There is usually no President where there is Secretary General. He/she is the organization's head. But where there is General Secretary, there is usually a President that heads the organization. 2 Likes |

HolyHero:Check the SUG constitution very well, u will discover it is not Secretary General but General Secretary. People are prefer to refer to it as the former. 1 Like |
