Well we have all been complainin of heat which is seriously affecting me too but because one thing had not sprung up i decided to keep quiet but now.... Am going to voice out

So i woke up 2 days ago to discover that something was pricking me all over my back...i ignored it and went ahead with the day's activities only to be disturbed through out by the strange pins at my back... With fear in my heart, i went to meet someone to check my back out and waited to recieve breaking news but when i raised my shirt...all i heard was "ah...heat rashes don finish this one".... since then, it has systematically overcome my shoulders and is already colonising my chest region...i wake up with sweat all over my head and chest everyday...my bed dey smell like piss...i dont know what i did to deserve all this...i dont know who to blame, who to swear for...i am confused cos this time promises to be the worst ever...Only God can help me now...as i'm typing, the thing still dey chuk me all over...but on a lighter note, WE GO SURVIVE....please any prescription for me plus you can share your experiences.
