He put hand in the woman's handbag to pick poket her but as he grabbed the nylon bag to withdraw his hand,the woman quickly pursed her arm together with the guy's hand and caught him red handed.
People gathered as usual and the only punishment they could muster for him is to buy pure water for him to sit down and enjoy the stuff he almost stole from her bag.
And it was used baby diapers. He ate small before they released him.
I felt for him tho.
