On Wednesday 24th Feb, 2016, a reckless bus driver on top speed was trying to overtake another bus within a tiny space around Medical road in Benin City, but miscalculated his movement, the tyre bumped into a pothole and the bus tumbled 4 times.

The bus was carrying about 8 passengers. An unidentified boy died at that spot, the 16-year-old Favour pictured above was in the bus with her sister returning from Jamb preparatory class. She was unlucky as she sustained several injuries on her body and also had a serious head injury.

She was rushed to a hospital where she finally died. Her sister who also sustained injuries is alive and recovering well.. Really sad one.. May her soul rest in peace! See graphic photo below...
