These people are really supposed to be sanctioned if we don't get the official rates from them. Where else are we supposed to get official rates if not banks? It may not be a mistake though

It's via PayPal, even on eBay you will get charged @ that amount or less, I bought on aliexpress and was charged 299.5 naira for 1 USD

Actually transactions made from Jan thru Thursday this week via PayPal were charged at an increasing rate from 235/$ to 299/$

Same here. I completed a transaction on 27th at #199 per dollar. It was just that day though... they've now reverted to #299, which funny is still the cheapest in "town"
