According to reports, two farmers were allegedly shot dead in their farms by suspected Fulani herdsmen at Agogo, Ashanti region in Ghana by 4pm yesterday. One other person who was with the two, reportedly escaped death after he went to fetch water while others worked.

The latest incident follows a long-drawn battle between residents and the herdsmen who have been accused of destroying farms and raping women in the area. The herdsmen also accuse the residents of killing their colleagues and shooting their cattle.

Meanwhile, the Agogo Youth Association (AYASS) has banned all forms of political activities in the town with immediate effect, following the disagreement between locals of the town and nomadic Fulani herdsmen.

Any killing in d farm is always linked to fulani herdsmen.

Why is the government not doing anything to restrict this fulani herdsmen from trespassing ppl's land.

And y is it that there's always No trace or evidence that d fulani herdsmen are the killers. It's always a case of suspected or alleged.

Otherwise, y has no fulani herdsman bn arrested.
