Mr Chika, who is said to be an avowed APC member in ward 11 Ozuaha, Ikwerre local government area of Rivers State was allegedly killed today by unknown gunmen in police uniform in his home town. His friends shared the photo on facebook.

In spite of the provocations,I cannot remember anything of this nature happening during Amaechi reign.
Definitely not at this frequency .
Rivers was staking a claim as A place where the well educated and well groomed citizens were at the head of a evolution towards modernity.
