I personally am not a friend of bureaucracy and protocols since it seems perpetrators of Nefarious acts have mastered the art of twisting such processes.
I want to state this categorically, as it is currently, it will take a miracle to return the girl to her parents, and restore her sanity.
My advocacy is simply to bring to light a growing trend that needs to be curbed.
