Your position on Fashola Website and Amaechi scandal
Amaechi on national TV challenged Rivers govt to publish the report of the panel rather than the doctored govt's white paper. Till date, the liar Wike has not taken up that challenge to at least shame Amaechi or drag him to court. Instead he's relying on gullible youths like you and media propaganda to fight Amaechi.

Fashola never denied spending huge sum on the website. So, what's your point?

Sir, God knows that I have never defended corruption nor defend anyone based on tribal affiliation.

What I am saying is that we hold people responsible for their action without stereotyping their group like what oga Passingshot tried to do. I only pointed that he will be indicting APC if he follows that line of thought.

We saw the rail fraud of Amaechi and Fashola but no one is talking about it. Why then should we stereotype PDP when the aCcusation was on individuals that cut across party line?

Nigeria belongs to all of us and our treasury must be defended by all irrespective of partisan leaning.

Since you virtually knw everything in this world...was Samuel Ortom the Minister of Transport when the said rail contract was awarded

Was Kawu Baraje the Chairman of NRC as at 2014 to 2015 when the contract was awarded??

Most times you always type rubbish thinking you know alot...you know nothing and you put of irresponsible statement to delude some educated illiterates to castigate Buhari led govt.

The N3.6 trillion ($12 billion) standard coastal railway line contract awarded before the 2015 elections did not follow regulations guiding contract award, a House of Representatives committee has revealed in an interim report.
The contract was awarded by the government of former President Goodluck Jonathan to the Chinese construction giant, CCECC.

am quite sure that if the press ask GEJ about this...... he will says he doesn't know anything about it

that he feels he was framed up

When you want to lie, please lie with conscience.

Is it the same Amaechi that went to court to stop his probe?

www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/188852-why-im-fighting-to-stop-wikes-probe-of-my-administration-amaechi.html

Or the same Amaechi that refused to appear before panel and later ran to court to set aside the repor because "he wasn't given fair hearing"?

Forget cheap shots. They can't work with some of us.

Yes, Amaechi attempted to stop his probe. But the probe was done anyway and a report was submitted to the state govt.

Having gone through that stage, the only reasonable and sensible thing for the govt of Wike to do was to publish the report especially when he was challenged on national TV by the same accused.

Guy, did Amaechi challenge Wike to produce the panel's report for all to see or not? Yes, he did.

Has the liar Wike taken up the challenge four months after Amaechi's call? No, he hasn't.

So, what nonsense again are you talking here?

Stop derailing! I'm no match for you.

Very funny...

In one sentence you are saying tha Wike should act, in another sentence you are admiting that Amaechi has gone to court to set aside the report.

Pray tell, can a sane government work on any report when the case is in court? How do you expect Wike to prosecute Amaechi when there is already a court case by Amaechi to set aside the probe panel report and government white paper on it? Abi you no know say the reason the Senate Committee couldn't deliberate on the report was because Amaechi informed them that the matter is already in court?

Guy I don't think you understand judicial process. Zombie-ism is not a pride!

Again, stop hiding behind a finger! Amaechi was unable to stop his probe through the court. He also didn't succeed in setting aside the report. It was after all this that he challenged Wike to publish the detailed report of the panel instead of the doctored govt's white paper released by Wike. The white paper that allegedly indicted him whose indictment does not rely on the panel's report.

Again, I no be your level. Na your fellow small pikin you go dey use small sense dey deceive.

Is it not funny that a member of FEC when GEJ was in government, Samuel Orthom is now an APC Governor of Benue state? Is Orthom incorruptible?

What about Kawu Baraje, a Chairman of Nigeria Railway Corporation in most part of GEJ era that led nPDP to APC? Is he absolved?

What about the light rail fraud of Fashola and Amaechi in Lagos and Rivers respectively? Are they clean?

On the subject, the investigators/prosecutors should do their work and go to court BUT APC shouldn't seek to score cheap point with this. Beside, the Transport minister under GEJ and NRA are to respond.

If there is any fraud, it was perpetrated by APC Chieftains Samuel Orthom(Member of FEC under GEJ) and Kawu Baraje(NRC Chairman under GEJ), as well as some PDP members and former members including Bamangar Tukur

Appeal to pity, sympathy and emotion................if IB was proactive in his antics and tactics of leadership, this sham wouldn't have happened in the first place.

I don't get the political aguements over here. Are you guys so partisan to ignore the fact that our leaders are so dumb as to award a $12B contract to a Chinese company?

Has China ever award a $1M contract to a Nigerian company?

Yet, u wonder why we have a dwindling foreign reserve.

The moment we stop this stupid tribalistic fighting within ourselves and start working together as one, the better for us all.

It is a ruse, a diversion while oil money is used to build standard rail lines first in the north and southwest of Nigeria.

Rail to connect oil areas to Lagos along a most impossible coastal terrain is a ruse. Even America can find it difficult, if not impossible to build a rail line along the marshy coastal line from Calabar to Lagos.

Oil producing areas are supposed to have developed like Dubai if Nigeria is a United country

Could there be any more revelation surprising about how the Chief I.B ran the country with his comrade IB's?

The Otuoke man was a disgrace even to his immediate constituency.

Yes, because the man grew up in his Niger delta amid FEAR of what terror Fulaniii can do to get power to control oil proceeds.
If not, how could a president allow a Fulani, Dasuki, disburse a whole $2.1 billion? It was aimed to buy Fulani support for 're-election for Jonathan. But alas, he was betrayed..

Is FEC approval in any way part of Nigerian constitution?

If yes, why did Buhari erase it as part of his Administration?

Why should anybody hold FEC approval as a mandate when it is not part of our laws rather an internal PDP mechanism for checks and balances?

Apart from the fed approval, was that the only thing you read from there or you just feel the need to wail?
