My little brother tried to root his phone infinix hot 2 by himself. He wasn't successful in doing that. Now, the phone now freeze after the start up. It happened to my samsung phone once, I reset it before it starts to work properly.
I have tried to reset this his infinix hot 2 by holding power on and volume down (I have even use vol up) button. Whenever I do that, it keeps coming on and off until I let go of the power on button. the reset option is not coming out. Most times, it start "apps optimizing".
Pls, I need help on how to reset the phone.

search xda forum for "recovery enabler button.zip" for infinix hot 2 unzip and flash using sp flash tool that should enable u boot into recovery mode holding power button and volume up. Factory reset ur phone if u still hav any problem quote me
