I honestly don't know the use of Sim registration if we can't track these BVN fraudsters.. Well, I called him and he was asking questions like :what's my account balance, last time I used my atm card.. I finally hung up when he said I should give him my card details.. I even recorded our conversation but don't know how to upload it here. 1 Share
