first you should understand that most accounting softwares were made for general all purposes reasons. so they might not exactly fit your biz needs.But you can check out peachtree software. or just google. if i know exactly what you want done with the software maybe i could offer a better soltion.

you can get it at software shops but for installation, if you have been installating advance softwares, you can install it yourself but if you can't do it yourself, then ask the seller to assist you. Guess the latest is sage 50
