According to their Facebook page, the forum is an online community where their fans can interact with other fans on issues bothering on mobile phones, gadgets, entertainment, lifestyle and other issues.

I think this is a very very good development.
Perhaps, I can get solutions to fixing my Phantom A2 which has been giving issues that defy solution.
I wasn't able to make it to a carl care shop that'll fix it. The forum will serve like a careshop by proxy for Tecno device(s) users, right?

Tecno is awesome sha. Their products have mad functions and are affordable. I'm still waiting for them to drive Samsung out of market so we don't have to worry about names when we want to buy a phone.
