A friend just called me to seek for my advice on this matter. He went to see his fiancee's parents to pick d date for their introduction and he was shocked when d man started giving some rules. He told my friend that his daughter must be pregnant before wedding and that d wedding must be done three weeks after introduction. This dude is not bowyant enough financially to marry immediately after introduction. Since last week, d guy has been confused about the kind of family he wants to marry from cos he couldn't understand why a father would request dat his daughter get pregnant before marriage. I advice him to tell his mum(his dad is late) to investigate the family whether they are diabolical/fetish or not but He doesn't want to tell her cos he knows d mother does not like to hear things like that, being a born again christian. Meanwhile, my friend said he loves this girl so much. Pls what can he do? |

Get a fake positive pregnancy result when our financially ready, and get married. the idiaatt father in law won't suspect a thing since it's only three weeks... And pls pray, cos that man might be diabolical good luck. |

Well your friend just needs to know what kind of family he is getting married into. There are some parents who support pregnancy first and then marriage. What are your friend and his fiancee's core values? |

Maybe he is of the notion that getting her pregnant first will make you more committed to marrying her |

If he can't ask the man, he's probably not matured enough to get married. My friend asked his father-in-law then. He said women in their family find it hard giving birth after marriage. Your friend needs to ask him. |

taikem01:if you were a female i would understand.because most parents are scared of the wayward attitude of the females of this generation.this is why most parents will demand that you get the girl pregnant first.but in this case, you are a male.there can be only two possibilities. 1.maybe your fiancee is so wayward that her father wants to make sure, his daughter is still fruitful, and doesnt want you to pay for her foolishness.some parents could actually be like that... 2.her parents, could be very diabolical and fetish. my advice:put a hold to the whole process and try to find out abuot this family.most importantly, study your wife to be properly.never you get her pregnant before marriage, jesus forbids that. |
