Hello guys i need your help!!

I have hp probook 450 and i have a problem with my bluetooth,
The bluetooth drivers are perfectly installed and its also runing perfectly but the problem is when i try to search for device or use other device to search for the pc i wont see any device i.e my pc cannot find any other bt device and other bt device cant find my pc.

Note: both the pc and other bt device visibilty are discoverable

Pls i need your help on this i have tried many methods even search on google but cant get solution.


Am using window 8.1

how sure are u that the drivers is installed perfectly? nswer this question...what color is the bluetooth light showing......Orange or white? and btw, hw the 8.1w OS, did u upgrade it urself or it came with ur system?

woaw, then itz working perfectly nah....and u said itz on discoverable?...maybe u should re-load the driver

Did this problem start immediately you acquired the laptop or after you have used it for some time with out the bluetooth problem? You may try these ...
Upgrade/downgrade your bluetooth driver
Up grade /down grade your OS.
Replace your bluetooth card with a compatible working one.

the problem started when i upgrade my window to 8.1

Then down grade to Windows 7

the pc comes with window 8 not 7
