The people of Benue state has not fully recovered from the Agatu massacre which left several people dead and others injured with many properties destroyed yet while the Fulani herdsmen are preparing for another attack in Benue state.

There were reports of Fulani attack on the people of Tswarev in Logo local government area of Benue state earlier today which made Lasgidionline.com.ng to carry out an investigation on the matter.

Lasgidi Online exclusively gathered from a reliable source that on Wednesday, some Fulani herdsmen were seen cutting down the leaves of mango tree for their cattle to feed on since we are in the dry season there is no grass in the bush for the cattle to feed on.

So the owners of the mango tree which are the Tiv people intervened and stopped them from continuing cutting the leaves of the mango tree, they stopped but instead of them to go quietly they instead called their fighters who came in numerous numbers with sophisticated weapons and stole some properties and shoot in the air before leaving saying they have revenged mean while the TIV people did not do anything to them more than telling them to stop cutting their mango tree.

Our source said the Fulani people will never leave the issue to go like that as they may launch another attack on the area any time from now. At the time of compiling this report, residents of the village are already packing to places like Anyiin, Ugba and other towns within the state to avoid the wrath of the Fulani herdsmen.
